What we collect
When you submit a waitlist application, we collect: your name, email address, and the information you voluntarily provide in the form (weight range, weight loss goal, peptide experience level, current intent, how you heard about us, and any notes you add).
If you join the program, we additionally collect progress data you enter into the depot (photos, weight, measurements, mood, sleep, side effect notes, adherence logs) and communications with coaches.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our website. This data does not identify you personally and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Review your waitlist application and communicate with you about program eligibility.
- Send the confirmation email you requested when you submitted the form.
- Administer the coaching program if you are accepted.
- Generate anonymized, aggregated reports for internal program improvement.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
We use the following services to operate the program:
- Resend: transactional email delivery.
- Railway / Neon: hosting and database infrastructure.
- Google Analytics: anonymized website usage data.
- Stripe (at launch): payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy and PCI compliance obligations.
Each processor handles data under their own terms of service and privacy policy.
Who can access your data
Within First Person Peptides: your assigned coach, the founding team, and one additional coach if yours is unavailable. No one else sees your individual data.
Outside First Person Peptides: no individual data is shared externally. Aggregated, anonymized cohort data may eventually be used for research or published, but this requires opt-in consent and will be described explicitly at the time of the ask.
Data retention
Waitlist data is retained until you request deletion or until 12 months after your last interaction with the program.
Program member data (progress depot, communications) is retained for 24 months after program completion unless you request earlier deletion.
Basic billing records are retained as required by applicable law regardless of deletion requests for other data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Submit a request to hello@firstpersonpeptides.com and we will respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU/EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR. Contact us with jurisdiction-specific requests.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics, which places cookies to track anonymized page visits. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on or by declining cookies in your browser settings.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party retargeting.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates to this page and note the date of last revision. Continued use of the site or program after an update constitutes acceptance.
