What research peptides are
Research peptides are compounds sold for laboratory and research use. They are not FDA-approved for human consumption. The FDA has not reviewed their safety or efficacy for use in humans. Using research peptides for self-administration is a legal gray area in the United States and varies by jurisdiction.
Research peptides vary in purity, concentration, and quality by vendor. There is no regulated quality standard. Products sold as "research use only" are not manufactured to pharmaceutical standards.
